Huddersfield 0 – Manchester United 2
Man United stayed on course to win the FA Cup with a 2-0 away win at Huddersfield.
When the sides met in the same fixture in the Premier League this season, Huddersfield beat United 2-1.
However there was no repeat of that on Saturday as Man United booked a quarterfinal match against Brighton.
Romelu Lukaku was the hero for the Red Devils against the Terriers.
The Belgian international moved onto 21 goals for the season with a brilliant double in the fifth round.
Jose Mourinho on Paul Pogba
Paul Pogba missed the Huddersfield match through sickness.
However, in light of media reports last week that Pogba is unhappy at Old Trafford, the French international’s absence still drew plenty of attention.
Was Pogba really ill? Or could there be something more too it?
Gutted I won’t be at Huddersfield but I need to get better. Come on United 👊🏾 @ManUtd

Before the match Jose Mourinho told BT Sports that he didn’t care that Pogba wasn’t available as he had to focus on the game ahead.
After the match Mourinho expanded more on the situation. He confirmed that Pogba was in line to play against Huddersfield, but Mourinho had to switch his plans on the orders of the club doctors.
Moreover, the Special One made light of the situation with the press as he revealed that Pogba was set to play on the left side in a 4-3-3 formation.
Pogba excelled in that position for Juventus, and many have been calling for the midfielder to get the opportunity to shine in that role again.
Man United are back in action in midweek. They take on Sevilla in the Champions League last-16 first leg.
