SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) – New York State Police arrested a man they say had child pornography.
Gary Jordan, 53, of Saratoga Springs, is accused of uploading an image of a child engaging in sexual conduct and having other images of child pornography.
He was charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child and possession of a sexual performance by a child.
He was arraigned and remanded to jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
